Description
Renovation and addition of two existing historic buildings. One building already has more contemporary alterations (the old gas station). Site work includes ripping up existing drive lane and putting down new hardscape. Also included is new small seated patio between the two buildings. The owner has neighborhood support for the project. We have not reviewed the project with CRO but plan to converse with them as needed as the project moves forward.
